I started my adventure and made some great friends during my first year at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
-
My now husband and I got engaged and celebrated with a trip to Disney World. We had been dating for 4 years.
-
My husband and I were married in Orlando, Florida at the Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort.

We adopted a 4 month old kitten after the passing of Nala. Unfortunately, he passed 6 months later from a heart murmur and cardiac arrest.
-
Nala was 18 years old when we lost her to cancer. She was my sweet baby girl who I had her entire life.
-
Shortly before ending my time in retail I was awarded with a special celebration dinner and trophy for my achievement in sales. It may have been a talent, but certainly not a calling.
-
We had lost two pets, but still felt a need to fill the void. Also, our eldest cat was lonely. Our little baby, Belle, has been a crazy addition to the family.
-
My grandma was placed in a memory care facility for Alzheimer's Disease. It was always difficult to visit her, but on this particular day she presented me with a smile and knew my name. Those little moments are what I cherish.
-
My first brand new vehicle - a 2013 Nissan Sentra
-
My grandma's health declined rapidly once she was placed in a memory care facility. I will always remember her and will never truly appreciate Christmas. I know she is now with my grandpa and watching over me.
-
One of my proudest moments was obtaining my Master's degree in Teaching with Bethel. It was a very difficult journey, but one that set me on a career I would grow to love.
-
I was honored to be on a panel of presenters regarding school measurements in the state of MN at the iNACOL convention. It was also located on Disney World property, so I had a mini vacation.
-
Simba is a kitty who has been with me since I was 7. He is now 22 and still hanging in there.
-
After being married for 6 years, we decided to finally treat ourselves with a date night. We enjoyed the musical and a nice dinner afterwards.
-
My nephews fill me with joy and insanity. This past summer was our last adventure before the youngest enters school to join the others.
