I was born in Brazil, but shortly therafter, my family moved to Greenville, South Carolina- USA where I lived for 18 years. -

I Got the Power!
During my junior year in college I transferred my major to Education where I met my dear friend Meghan Taylor. She showed me how to create a PPT and opened my eyes the endless possibilities of using technology to enhance the learning of my students. -
Falling in Love with Tech
By the time I graduated, PPTs were integrated into every single lesson. My first teaching experience at Honea Path Elementary School put me into contact with two other women who continued to revolutionize the use of tech in the classroom: Melanie Hahn (Media Specialist) and
Cassandra Gary (1st grade teacher) -
Beautiful Brazil
I got married and moved back to Brazil where I began teaching at the International School of Curitiba. -

I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to work with such an amazing group of professionals. There are two individuals in particular who have mentored me and helped me continue my journey for learning by innovationg and integrating technology.
