I was born on February 3rd, 2007 in Chicago, Illinois
-
I began to observe the world around me starting to understand things
-
My little brother Phineas was born. I had to be a big brother and a good influence on him.
-
This was the first time I was playing baseball in a league. I was introduced to the sport by my brothers and wanted to play as soon as I could.
-
I started to be able to work with other people in class and got my work done faster
-
I started to become more creative and showed this creativity in drawing I drew all over my house
-
I started to procrastinate on a lot of things like school work, overall chores, and work I had to do which is not a good thing.
-
I started to learn how to multi-task with baseball, schoolwork, and family all together.
-
I became a leader on my travel baseball team and help the team when they were down and showed them direction
-
My travel baseball team was lucky enough to be selected to be a part of a baseball tournament in the birthplace of baseball Cooperstown, New York.
-
During my 7th grade year, in-person school was shut down because of Covid. We had to attend classes and do work online which was a real struggle for me as I found myself not as interested in the work. This lasted all the way up until my freshman year.
-
I started to become more mature and take on more responsibilities for myself
-
I graduated from Farnsworth Elementary School, the same school I started with in preschool.
-
I was excited for freshman year and high school in general. All the new people and experiences I would be open to.
-
This was my first day at Taft. I had a great time in my freshman year even though I was very nervous because I had only been at one other school.
-
I became more self-conscious about myself and started to think of what other people thought of me and tried to make them like me.
-
This was actually the second day of tryouts but I missed the first day because I was sick. I showed up on the second day and did my best and ended up making the team. It was a big part of my time here at Taft because baseball is a big part of my life.
-
I felt confident in my team and was confident in winning the championship
-
In my sophomore year, we made it to the city championship after a crazy playoff series of beating Jones and Whitney Young. We got to the championship and ended up losing 5-3 but it was still an amazing playoff run getting to the championship.
-
Over the summer I went on a trip to Tennesse with my girlfriend to visit her family. We went all over the state and went to a bunch of super cool places.
