Trust versus Mistrust
When I first born I need to know if I can trust my mother who is taking care of me. She always made me feel great and secured, she never abanondened me and always took care of me. This impacted me in trusing anyone later on, that I can trust the world. -

moro reflex is when the baby is startled he will fling his or her limbs out. -

During this timeI remember I always sleep early so that later on, my dad would buy me a video game. This shows that I made decisions to avoid punishment which is not getting the game. -

Dar Jana school KG1-KG3
I spent my kindergarten in Dar Jana school, I dont quite remmeber my time there, its like a blurr to me, but I do rememvber my teacher who always helped me when I needed her. She helped understand how to respect the people older than you, thats one thing I will never forget. -

Autonomy versus shame and doubt
At the begining I always had my nanny wash me up after I am done from the potty, but when I reached the age of 3 I started potty training and try doing it myself, I succecded and did not need the help of others when entering the bathroom. -

Preoperational Stage
When I turned 3, I started talking more and actually pronounce words better. I started thinking better and not be surpised with things like peak a boo, which means I know what happens when someone does it. Therefore I developed object permanence. -

According to my parents during this time, I was annoying. I kept asking questions and keep saying "why" to everything. I was curious and always asked why to everything. My parents helped me by answering my questions. During this age a child is usually curious in everything. -

Egocentrism is when you think that the world revolves around you, and that everything is yours. I remember these toys were my favorite and that when anyone took them I got really aggresive and mad, it felt like someone took away my identity. Because those toys represented me -

During this time, everything was calm and smooth. It was a time that there was not much of psycosexual activity. -

Industry versus Inferiority
During this time, when I first entered the 1st grade in Dar al Thiker school, I felt inferior to the other students, because educationally I felt inferior to them. i was really anxious in math class especially because it was really hard for me, and I got discouraged whenever I had to answer a math problem. -

During this time, I basically met many people, and made best friends that I wont forget where ever I go. For 8 years we maintained a long relationship. We would go every weekend together and play soccer together, those were fun times -

When I looked at water beakers and saw 2 beakers one was long and the other one was big. Both beakers had the same amount of water, but I thought the longer beaker had more water because it looked longer. Later on I understood that both are the same, because they both have the same amount of mass. My science teacher helped me understand this. -

Physical Development because if you see the thing i am wearing on my head, I started wearing it, because I kept swimming alot until I got ear infection, and had to go the hospital and the docotor required me to wear this if I am going to swim. I remember the pain it was really bad, plus I didint like wearing the thing, because I thought people would laugh at me. -

Conventional Stage
I was taught that time not to lie, because I would be considered a bad kid and bad kids end up not having friends to play soccer with I feared that people wouldnt like me if I became a bad kid. So my decisions were based on how others would jusge me. -

Formal Operations
During this time I was able to understand abstract ideas like religion, I took a class that you study all the major religions from many cultures. I was able to understand the virtues of each and their belifs and how different they are from each other. Coming from Saudi Arabia which is a closed culture and the religion is already decided for you when you are born. So this really made me think and helped me understand the complexity of each. -

Identity versus role confusion
During this time I hung out with many different groups in dar al thiker, I didint know what was the best group for me, till later on when I noticed there was one group that shared the same intrest with me like playing soccer, from there I knew that group was the perfect one for me. -
Moral Development
I remember when I was in Korea, there was a guy in school that no one approached at all. So I decided to go talk to him, even though my friends told me not to, but I didint care about what they said. And just did what I thought would be right. -
Cognitive Development
I learned how to be disciplined and make right decisions. Instead of making stupid decisions, I started to think more logical decisions, and every decision should satisfy, and I started to plan my future better and choose the right path for myself. When I went to Korea I changed to the better, and started thinking logically more there. -

Yongsan International School of Seoul (High School 9th + 10th grade)
My family and I moved to South Korea, because of my dads job. Everything there is different than what I have experienced so far in my life. People and the culture are different, the way they think is different. I had to accomodate in order to live comfortably. In a way I was "enlightened" because I started thinking more differently than I usually do, so I developed cognitively, for instance I accepeted the idea of having girls in my classroom, because in Saudi you cant have that. -

Intimacy versus isolation
Intimacy is that I have many friends and relationships that I want to keep but I want to balance it out with other matters like family and education. I believe I will continue to be like this until I am married, then my friends will slowly fade away because I have a responsibility I have to take care of and I have to start a family by having kids, so I wont have time. -
This is me when I first came to Korea
When i first came to Korea, I was uncomfortable at the begining for not knowing people there. I was like an ailen to them, It was hard for me to adapt there. -

My experience of getting in the varsity team was a memorable one for me, everything in South Korea was hard but great, I learned alot there, Not only educationally but also in sports, they taught me how intense it could be to play in a higher level. -
This is me when I first played in the soccer tournamnet
Even though I made the team, i was still nothing like my upper classmen who were way better than me, so I was usually in the bench. But I worked hard everyday in efforts to make the first team and play, and later on in our far east tournamnet I was able to play many games, which made me very happy and help me understnad that hard work does pay off. -

after a year I finally got used to the people here, and started hanging out normally with them. I got out of my comfort zone and just kept doing what I wanted to do. -

In my freshmen year I played as a bench in varsity soccer, but I worked hard in the summer and played more, in order to improve my skill and prov that I am worthy player. I was able to play every game, and I scored particulary in this one, I will never forget this game where won 3-2 I socred twice in it and I felt proud. -
High School Banquet
I will never forget this event, because this was the first ever banquet for me, I felt uncomfortable in the begining becausee i have never been to one of these before. I thought I was going to make a complete fool out of myself, but in the end I had fun. -

During this stage in my life, I basically matured and started making my own decisions based on what I think is right. I dont care about how others view me or if I am punished because of my decisions. Ill do what I believe is right -

My time in AISJ 11th grade - 12th grade
Again I moved back to Saudi and during this time, i was able to make many new friends and have new different experiences. It took me a bit to adapt here again. This school quickly became a home to me. I adored everyone in it. And it helped me mature more and grow. -
Graduating from high school
I finally finished the 12th grade and on my way to college, I know look back and see what I did so far in my life, and evaluate myself on how I did it and how I cane become better. -
I am going to become a soccer player
It has always been my dream to become a soccer player, I will pursue my dream and try to become a soccer. It is my goal to play in Manchester United my favorite team from childhood till now. I decided to go through this because this my identity. -

My career in LA Galaxy and accomplishments
After playing two years and accomplishing many things with the club, for me it was time to move on to the big stage, I had just got an offer from Everton to play with them and challenge the premier leauge. To me this is one step closer to reach my goal. In LA galaxy I was able to win the leauge with them. -
Leaving college for my dream career
The next year in college, I was scouted to play Los Angels Galaxy, so in order to become a full time player, I decided to leave college and play Soccer full time, and focus only to aim higher in this world. -

I finally joined the premier leauge, home of football or soccer is what they called it in America. I would like to work hard and do my best to help my team succed. I will learn from here on -
Winning the premier leauge
After finally completing the season with Everton and winning the premier leauge, I finally got an offer from my favorite club, an offer I will never turn down in my life. -

Finally being able to play for one of the top teams of the world is an honor, it was a dream for me, something that I never thought I would reach, but today I finally reached it -

Meeting the woman of my dreams
During one of my press conferncess I met a woman that I was really attracted to, I let her interview under one condition which was I take her out for dinner. After that we started dating and things were going great. I will name her 'X'. -
Fatigue and Despair
During this time, I was very tired from my life of practicing in the morning every day, and taking care of other things. I was really sad during that time, especially when I heard news from my mother saying that my grandmother died from a car accident. -

When I start working I will start to question myself is this the right path for me, is this how I want things to go? I will have that question alot wondering if I could make my life better than this. -
Hamstring Injuiry
I got injuried really badly in the last game versus our rivals man city, I got a hamstring injuiry itll take about a month to revover. I am worried about the time I am not going to practice, will my form become bad? I was very worried and anxious during this time. And this could be phyiscal development because I was able to recover and I came back stronger than ever. -
Marrying the woman of my dreams
After dating 'X' for 4 years, I am sure this is the woman I want to spend my life with forever, so I proposed and she said yes. I was so happy the day of our marriage and was nervous but it turned out alright. -
Our first born Ziad
Ziad was born in Saudi. Me and 'X' came back from Manchester and spent our break there because 'X' was on her 7th month and later on she gave birth to Ziad. I couldnt start starting at him. He was just remarkable. When I touched him on his right side he would turn his head and look at me, this could be his rooting relfex -
Our second born Mohanad
My second born Mohanad, that handsome young baby. I loved everything about my kid. Now Ziad has another brother to play with. -
Old Freinds
During this summer I was able to meet old friends and see them, its sad how I cant meet them like before. Everything sure has changed everyone has their own path that they are walking, and my path is a hard one that requires my full attention to succeded. I need to keep facing forward -
The FIFA WORLD CUP
I am playing for the saudi national team, me and my team were able to reach the finals against Brazil. SAUDI FINALY DID IT THE FIRST EVER WORLD CUP!!!!!!!!!! The way I felt during that time was undescribable. -
Retirement
It was a memorable day for me, I will never forget how the fans cheered for me. I am now 40 years old, and my love for soccer is still on going, I cant believe all these years passed by so fast. As I look back at everything in my life, I believe I am content and satisfied and I know I chose the right path for myself. -
Isolation
My kids are all grown up, and left me to start their own life. I never knew how it felt like to see your kids all grown up and ready to leave you. I felt a part of me is gone, it really did make me sad and alone. -
Looking Back
quick flashback at my flash, everything was a blessing for me. The people I met, and the places Ive went. I am satisfied and content with the way things are. -

When I become old like in my late 40's and llok back at what I achieved, I will most likely ask myself am I content with this? Do I want more? Am I satisfied? many questions will arise, I would love if I would be able to accomplish all this and be happy with what I was able to achieve. -
The Day I died
What's cool about my death that its the same day I was born into this world. All I have been through in my life, I am happy and greatful to everyone who has supporsted me, and I am proud of myself for pickng this path by myself and actually sticking to it till the end. I died of illness and the illness didint stop. I remember right before I died I saw my lovely wife next to me crying and my children around me. I have lived a wonderful life with no regrets, I hope my kids enjoy their lives.
