My first 2 years were similar ot most people, I learned how to walk by age 1 and by age 2 I could say somewords but not clear sentances. I began to learn who my mother was, and all of her family. This age is also when most people begin to experience feelings such as shame, pride, and embarrassment.

When I was 6 I losst my two front teeth and I also became more fluid and advanced in my movements, I was able to run, jump, and skip easily. At this age I move from my mother's home to my father's full time. In addition to changing homes I also gained 3 brothers at this time so I had to adjust to a lot of things. I was used to being an only child so I had to learn how to share everything with 5 other people.

Physically I was very thin and tall in comparison to my brothers. Even though I was bigger than them I still allowed them to bully me. I did not learn to really stand up for myself until this stage of my life. I also began to really notice the gender differences becasue my mother would not allow me rough-house with my brothers and they did not want to play with my girl toys with me. My favorite thing to do was play outside with my friends and my brothers, we would jumprope and ride bikes.
