When my mom and dad got divorced it was a time of hardships because it was like I didn't have a man to look up to and no one to help me with things that boys did different than girls. This connects back to Laurence because he really couldn't connect with his father because he had asthma and his father really liked sports. -
Hardship
When my grandfather passed it was a time of hardship for me because i had to learn a lot and mature on my own at a very young age. This connects to Laurence because when he had asthma he had to learn how to control it and he had to learn how to mature and know what he can and what he can't do. -

When i tried to play baseball it was a time where i was trying to find my true self and denying my true self because I knew that it wouldn't work but I did it anyways. Its like when Laurence tried to play sports but he knew it wouldn't work out but it was like he was trying to see if he had it in him. -

When i tried to play basketball it was a time of revealing i was unique and searching for my truth self because I was trying to see if i was good at something. At the same time i was revealing i was unique because I was so good at a very young age. -
