Creating a Plan

  • Set goal

    Setting goals can help you focus on what's important and help to keep you motivated throughout the day, so I'm going to set a healthy goal that keeps me on track with my plan.
  • Connecting your goals to happiness

    The first part of happiness involves the emotions of love, joy and grattitude. The second part involves the action that makes time still. The third part involves meaning of what's accomplished in life. We need to apply goals to our happiness.
  • Priorities

    It's important to think about your priorities in life such as school, family, friends, health and other things. These areas need to be considered when creating a plan for the future. This will help you stay if track and set you up for success.
  • Starting small

    When creating goals that help you with your plans, it's important to start off small. Never try to accomplish huge goals right off the bat, these will only cause you to become discouraged. Starting small and slowly working your way up to larger goals is the best way to go.
  • Careful

    Sometimes when we create goals, it can lead to stress and anxiety so it's important to be careful when creating goals and making a plan.
