College or Trade?

I need a job...do I need to go to college?

When you begin thinking about a job or career, you also begin to think about college. Or vice versa if you are a senior in high school. College is sometimes pushed on us and we feel we have to make a decision.

College is that expensive??

When comparing schools, you look at the overall expenses to see if the debt you accumulate will be worth the potentially salary you will come out earning.

Do plumbers and HVAC's sreally make that much?

When researching, you also learn that some times trade earn more than what you initially thought and those jobs require less schooling. They do not require their employees to be "book smart" but only knowledgeable in their trade.

There is just so much pressure...

We all feel pressure when making big decisions, especially about our future. And it is especially difficult when you are 16-18 and being told to decide what you want to do with the rest of your life. Not only do students change their majors all the time but adults will go back to school many years later after realizing they had a passion for something else or that they just want to try something new.
