During this week we will go over the application to make sure we have all of the documentation that we will need to turn in with the application, and if we don't have it then we will come up with a plan to get it. We will also write first drafts of all of the questions, to make sure we understand them, and also that we are all on the same page on our answers. (We will also discuss HBE data on Friday if we have time during this week.)

During Week 2, we will refine our answers to the SCI Application. We will hunt down any missing documentation. We should also plan to meet with our faculty partner during this week in order to discuss any new developments, and just to touch base generally.

During this week, we will continue refining our answers, with the goal that they will be fully finsihed by January 30th. We will also focus on completing the Feasibility Report and the analysis of HBE data.

As we come into the homestretch of the week the application is due, we will work on refining the application with the goal of being complete by Thursday, January 30th. We will submit the application the morning of Friday, January 31.

Answers to Application Questions
Supplemental Materials (eg letterrs of partnership, nonprofit documents, etc.)
Appendices (ie timeline, data report, and feasibility report) -
a best practice in grant writing is that a grant should be written by one writer. make our team effort sound consistent so that we can approximate the "one voice" style of grants.

The last wrap up meeting to discuss finalizing and completing the application. Can be a conference call if necessary.
