Drove west of Atlanta and parked my car but a flash flood busted the engine. Decided to burn my money and head off to hike near Lake Mead. Wish me luck. -

Picking berries while hiking up to Oregon today when a driver by the name of Jan Burres and her boyfriend Bob stopped to give me a ride. Good people. -

Spent the night in jail. Was caught illegally tyring to pass through the U.S. border from mexixo when a wild storm sent me way off course in my canoe. What an adventure! -

Decided to stay in Bullhead city a little longer than expected. Got a job at McDonalds, even decided to open a bank account. -

A good friend I've met in town is letting me stay in a trailer on his land. This is so helpful. -

Found this place that is literally called "OH-MY-GOD Hot Springs." My kinda place. Lots of free minded people. -

Met a man named Ronald Franz. Real good fellow. Driving me to San Diego. I think I'll really miss this guy. Promised to write when I get back from my trip. -

Visiting an old friend Wayne Westerberg. Need some work and know he"ll give it to me. Only planning on staying until April, then it's time to head up for the final expedition. -

Met Waynes mother today. Beautiful woman inside and out. Could talk with her for hours. -

Wanye offered to buy me a plane ticket to Alaska so I could work longer. I declined. Would wreck the trip. -

Hoping train cars. Trying to get to Alaska as fast as possible. This seems to be doing the trick -

Before I embark on my greatest spiritual expedition. I decided to make a quick stop at the Liard River Hot Springs to have some last few days of pure relaxation. -

Had trouble finding a ride after my pit stop. Lucky to find Gaylord Stuckey who gave me a two day ride to get me closer to my destination. Good talker. -

Stuckey was trying to tell me not to go yet, says the plants aren't growing at this time. But I just can't wait any longer. -

Hitched a ride from Jim Gallion to get to my final destination. Soon I will be face to face with the stampede trail. -

Been having trouble killing small game for food but think I finally got it. -
