16 "And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."

    Healing Ministry

    Healing Ministry
    'Jesus raised a dead girl'.
In Mark chapter 5 it shows where Jesus went to go wake Jarius' daughter. On the way to heal his daughter, a miracle took place. This significant healing represented the power of FAITH. Christ's role throughout this encounter was to show the people they need only to believe. "All things are possible only believe".
As teachers let us rightly represent Christ. Let teach our student to believe in themselves. Strive to be the best they can be!

    Teaching Ministry

    Teaching Ministry
    Matthew 4:18-25
The calling of His disciples. After a night of prayer, Jesus called 12 disciples (Apostles) to follow Him.

Teaching Ministry "Sermon on the Mount".

Teaching Ministry "Sermon on the Mount".
In Matthew chapter 5, Jesus went up into a mountain and taught His disciples. He taught them the commandments of God. The role of a an educator is to educate their students. One must seek to be filled with the wisdom and knowledge to do so. God wants His sons and daughters to be just like Him. For in verse 48 it reads "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.".

    "Who Touched me?"

    "Who Touched me?"
    Mark 5:25-35
This is a great example of FAITH in the Bible. What a wonderful Miracle. A woman with a blood issue had the faith to touch Jesus's garment. She told herself and she pushed passed the crowd of people to make her way to Jesus.
Encouraging our students to press past all obstacles in their lives, any problem they may face can be overcome.

    Jesus feed the Multitude

    Jesus feed the Multitude
Matthew 14:13-21. Jesus replied, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat." “Bring them here to me,” he said. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Oh, what a great example of Jesus Miricle's ministry. Christians should always be reminded that their problems are never too large for God to handle. One must bring their life to God no matter how insignificant they may think their gift or talent is.

    Communion "The Last Supper."

    Communion "The Last Supper."
Luke 22:19-20. And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.” 20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you. We find comfort and support, just as the disciples and the early church did. The Lord’s Supper is a good time to stop and recall what Jesus has given us. Partake solemnly and gratefully.

Healing Ministry "Jesus Heals a Sick Man"

Healing Ministry "Jesus Heals a Sick Man"
Luke 5:17-39. This event shows a great example of "FAITH". This man couldn't walk so his friends took him to the house where Jesus was to heal him. The house was so crowded, the friends took him onto the top of the house and lowered the man and his bed so Jesus could see him. Jesus saw their faith, He said to the man, “Friend, your sins are forgiven. “I say to you, get up. Take your bed and go to your home.” At once the sick man got up took his bed and went to his home thanking God.

    Teaching Ministry "Love your Enemies"

    Teaching Ministry "Love your Enemies"
Luke 6:27-31. “But to you who are listening, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. 30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. 31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.

Jesus Prayed on the Mount of Olives

Luke 22:39-46. On reaching the place, he said to them, “Pray that you will not fall into temptation.” Jesus withdrew about a stone’s throw beyond them, knelt down and prayed, “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done." When he rose from prayer and went back to the disciples, he found them asleep, exhausted from sorrow. “Get up and pray so that you will not fall into temptation.” Jesus sacrificed His own son to save His children.

    Jesus Betrayal

    Jesus Betrayal
Matthew 26:47-5/Luke 22:47-53. “Am I leading a rebellion, that you have come with swords and clubs? Every day I was with you in the temple courts, and you did not lay a hand on me. But this has all taken place that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples deserted him and fled. The Gospels imply that Jesus anticipated and permitted Judas's betrayal. One interpretation is that Jesus allowed the betrayal because it would allow God's plan to be achieved.

    The Crucifixion

    The Crucifixion
Matthew 27:32-56. And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people. Those who were guarding Jesus said, “Surely he was the Son of God!”
