My father smoked
My parents, especially my mother could be rather stressed at time taking care of two boys already. -
Birth
I was born at 7:00 in the morning, after only a few hours of labor. I was also born blue from lack of oxygen, but I recovered rather quickly to be a healthy newborn. -

When I got home for the first time I got to meet my older brothers, Andrew who was two at the time, and Richard who was 10. -
Growing up- Hey I finally Learned how to Walk!
Walking, its wonderful, and as a curious baby I loved to walk everywhere much to my parents dismay. -

Preschool Troubles
My first preschool I only went to for about two weeks. But my mother soon took me out because I was so stressed because I wasn't allowed to suck my thumb and that was my comfort thing. -
Ah, The Right Preschool
Finally! After looking for many weeks my mother found a perfect school for me. I could play with all the other kids and still suck my thumb. What a miracle. -
Family Traditions- Birthday Tea
I was five when we starting having Birhtday Tea. Which was a little tea party to celebrate birthdays. I know it isn't a developmental milestone, but it connected me with my family in a way that a lot of other kids didn't experiance. -
First Camping Trip
I was about 6 years old when I went on my first camping trip with my family. It was exhilarting and awesome. I still love camping today, so if this never happened I would be a very different person today. -

Elementary School Days
Elementary school was vital to my development. I loved hanging out with the other kids and making friends. I learned to play pretend like a master through my elementary school career. I loved to read, and tore through books like crazy. -
Starting Middle School
I attended Polaris Expeditionary Learning School for my Middle school years. The first day was terrifying and scary. But I met one of my best friends Colin on that day, and we have been friends since. Meeting him has been vital to my social development, espeically since I had a friend to help me through the craziness of middle school. -
Adventure Trip
My high shcool believed in getting out of the classroom to learn. So we went on camping trips and backpacking trips all the time. It was great time to learn about yourself and about your peers. It made my love for learning even higher, and it is why I loved my High school so much. -
First Boyfriend
Yikes. Liking someone is scary. This relationship lasted a whole week and a half, but the fisrt is always fun. -
Struggling Within Myself
Around age 14/15 I starting struggling majorly with my sexuality. My best friend Shasta at the time had me mezmerized. And I like her, and that scared me. I was supposed to like boys, not girls. -
The Friends In Life
I met my very Best Friend, JD. And now shes my roommate and I have a feeling she isn't going anywhere soon. -
High School Graduation
What a sense of accomplishment to graduate high school a year early at age 17! -
This is Who I am
I reached a pivotal point in my life where I decided I did not care what people thought of me, and was brave enough to find myself a girlfriend. And shes amazing, and we have been together two years. -
Nerd Clan
My friends and I formed a group called Nerd Clan, which is a fancy name for our little group. We do nerdy things, and run around in parks with fake swords. These people keep me going.
