    After 4 years of being homeschooled, my parents decided to send me back into elementary public schooling, Hite Elementary, to give me a second chance.

    Death of Osama bin Laden
    Navy team, Seal Team 6, by the orders of Honorary President Barack Obama, went in after Osama bin Laden in his compound and killed him, to stop the terrorist movements of his group. This event shaped my life, due to the terror that bin Laden had inflicted upon America during my childhood.

    I graduated from 5th grade at Hite Elementary, and went on to move to Crosby Middle School for 6th grade.

    The beginning of my short-lived experience in Crosby Middle School, one of the most popular middle schools... yet not one of the best for it's staff and kid policy.

    My public school life was difficult, I wasn't learning as quickly enough, I didn't have any people I could trust or talk to. I was exhausted from all the work that had to be done, but I survived 6th grade barely, and went on to the very short-lived 7th grade experience.

    I was back at it again in Crosby Middle School, suffering the brutal tasks that were assigned to me every day, and managed to enjoy what freedom I had for the time being.

    By this time, the extreme bullying and sexual harassment, plus the blind eye the school staff had given to me was enough to set my father in anger. In the morning of Sep. 10, my father pulled me out of school, thus ending my middle school experience and back into homeschooling until High School.

    My step-sister who had been ignoring my family for the past 6 years moved into our new home, trying to intergrate herself into the past. She had brought along her two daughters, Emily and Cheyenne, to move in with her.

    The past year of living with my step-sister and daughters had irritated and angered me and my family, due to her attitude of always working and drinking, never with family. My mother gave her a week's notice to move out, she moved out on the day she was given the notice.

    Nervous, scared, and anxious was all that described me on my first day into Eastern High School. Nervous because I was back into public school, scared because I was afraid not to fit in or get good grades, and anxious because I had a legacy to uphold, since my brother graduated the year before.

    Intergrated into the JROTC program with friends that could be family, and family that were best friends, the annual Military Ball was held, and I was never happier to be in the JROTC program.

    JROTC Awards Banquet, held every year at the end of the year to award new cadets and old ones for their positive work and to help them grow to a better person in the future. I was awarded with four awards and promoted to Seargent First Class, along with a Primary Staff position, which freshmen becoming sophomores rarely get.
