Un-Archive Period
During this period, you should be unarchiving any messages from your GroupWise Archives that you wish to have migrated to Gmail. -
GroupWise Data Migration Phase 1
GroupWise Data Migration Phase 1 begins, unknown duration but planning for two weeks. Your GroupWise message, calendar and contacts data from prior to 9/1/2012 will be migrated to your Casper College Gmail account. -
GroupWise Data Migration Phase 2 Begins / Fall Break, Oct 15 & 16
GroupWise data migration phase 2 begins and should be done by G-day. During this time, your GroupWise message, calendar and contacts data since 9/1/2012 will be migrated to your Casper College Gmail account. Messages from outside the college will no longer be delivered to your GroupWise Mailbox but instead to your Gmail Inbox. GroupWise should no longer be used except for message retrieval but will remain available for a limited time after G-Day. -
G-Day
This is the day Casper College Gmail goes live. All user email, calendar, contact management and instant messaging should now be done in Google Apps. -
Decommission of GroupWise
The GroupWise system will be decommissioned on this date and will no longer be available.
