Date of Birth
This day was an important day for my family and those around me. I was born on October 16, 1996 as the second child which is significant to my parents because now they have another child to take care of and it extends the family tree. If I wasn't born, my older brother would be very lonely. -
First Steps
My first steps as a baby was a very significant day if h me and my parents life. When I got up and started walking, I remember my parents telling me how they were jumping for joy since they were so happy. Learning how to walk helped me as a baby because it is much faster than crawling or getting my parents to carry me around where ever they went. Learning how to walk eventually leads to learning how to run and much more that I can do with my legs. -
Little Brother is Born
My little brother being born is an important time because another life has come into my family. Me and my little brother have grown up very close even though he is 3 years younger than me. Having him in the family makes everyone happier and if he wasn't born, there wouldn't be any funny memories. -
First day of School
The first day of school is an important day for anyone as they were a little kid. I remember being very nervous wondering what life at school would be like because I saw it on the televison all the time. This is mainly significant because since I got over the first day of kindergartern, I wouldn't be scared for any other school days to come. -
Lost First Tooth
Losing my first tooth was a very happy day in my life. It fell out when I was eating an apple, and it suprisingly didn't hurt at all. I still have my tooth til this day, since I put it in a special box and kept it in my closet. Losing my first tooth showed me that it was no big deal and that I shouldn't be scared of doing so. -
First Time Swimming
My first time I ever went swimming was very exciting for me. This was the first kind of exercise/sport that I ever participated in. Since I was still a little kid, I was really scared that I was going to drown or die some herrific death. Luckily, I conquered my fears of swimming and completed all of the beginner levels. Knowing how to swim is a very important skill because when you go out near water and you fall in a lake or something, you'll be able to swim and save yourself from drowning. -
First Family Road Trip
Having my first family vacation was a very important week of my life. I always wondered what it would be like to go on a week long road trip across the province border's. We went all the way from here in RichmondHill, to Washington, Quebec then back. This is significant because I have gained many memories and saw a lot of many different things that I still remember to this date. This was the first time my family went on a vacation together. -
Grade 8 Graduation
Graduating from elementary school was a significant part of my life. It was the first time I ever got a diploma for something academic related. Graduating from elementary school means that we have to move on to the next phase of school which is highschool. Elementary school paved the way for where we are now and for the many years of school to come. -
First Day of High School
The start of high school was a very significant event in my life. High school eventually leads to post secondary education like college or university. Being in high school will give me the education that is needed to get into one of these options and without highschool I can't go anywhere with my life.
