Marine biology is the study of organisms in the ocean and other brackish waters. It covers a large portion of organisms from zooplankton to whales. This job involves lots of research and publishing the research. You may have to do lab work instead of going straight to the water. The entry-level jobs in marine biology will require a Bachelor’s Degree, but to be able to conduct your own research you will need to obtain a Master’s Degree.

Two schools that let you obtain this degree are Savannah State University and the University of Georgia. The math requirements are two semesters of calculus, one semester of statistics. To enroll in the calculus course, you must have completed geometry, trigonometry and algebra.

A Sports Statistician collects data and analyzes and interprets it.Anyone who has watched an athletic event on television has probably seen the work of Statisticians.The may have different jobs from boxing to football. This job can be both public or private. You must have a minium of a two year degree but you will be better of with a four year master degree and probably be in charge. Two schools i could go to are Stanford University and the University of Michigan.
