Born
This was the very beginning. In my opinion the very definition of the concept of life changing events has to start at the beginning. Here’s my story so far. -
Middle School
Starting middle school was a significant life event to me because it was a new learning environment. It allowed me to meet an entire new variety of people. It also was my first experience in going to a variety of different classes in one day which proved to be a bit difficult at first, but interesting none the less. -
Football Team
I joined my first football team in the seventh grade while I was attending Camden County Middle School. This taught me a lot about teamwork and communication skills. It also taught me that you can always push yourself further and strive towards accomplishing better goals than you could ever imagine. -
First Deer
As uninteresting it may seem, shooting your first deer is a very important family tradition where I am from. There is also a lot of effort you have to apply towards hunting from a stand so once that moment finally comes it’s actually fairly exciting. And of course there is the gruesome finish after cleaning the animal where the guts are dumped onto your head. -
Met Ronnie
I met Ronnie in the eighth grade during math class. It didn’t take much talking for us to figure out that we had many similar interests. Now years after we are still best friends, which is very important to me because I can’t currently say that to a lot of people. -
High School
High School was very important in my social life. This is the place where I really started socializing with kids, both older and younger than me. Friends were made and good times were had. -
Hit by Truck
This was an event in my life that caused me to stop and think about the person I was at the time and how lucky I am to have been given a second chance. It took me wondering rather I was going to live or die for me to notice that a lot of the negative things people were saying about me at the time were probably true. I’ve been very prone to thinking about every possible consequence before I act ever since. -
First Time Flying
My first time flying wasn’t anywhere near as bad of an experience as I predicted. I just pictured it being like riding a roller coaster thousands of feet in the air. I suppose I had just seen way to many movies where flights went wrong though. -
Moved to Arizona
Moving to Arizona was an important life event to me because it got me out of a lot of trouble that I was getting into back home. It also granted an abundance of new opportunities. Plus I get to live with my aunt and uncle, which is pretty cool because I haven’t seen them in over two years until now. -
First Job Interveie
This was the point in time when I finally decided to get my priorities in check and start becoming more mature. I began to learn how to dress and act accordingly in the working environment. I now understand that simple things such as these are some of the basic key components in being successful in the job industry.
