    The french word for rebirth. The renaissance brought trade and arts. It started as a cultural movement. The greeks and romans. Gutenberg created the printing press. Leonardo Da Vinci created great works of art.

    The war was 116 years. It was a war fought between England and France. The kings of England wanted independent possessions. The war never ended with a peace treaty. The war died off because the french troops were too strong.Succession of the french throne.

    The Columbian exchange brought new food, items, and disease. It impacted the social and cultural makeup of both sides of the atlantic. Cattle were very important to the new world. They were brought by Columbus.
