During her study, she found that people became sympathetic over time. When robots were damaged, people were often sad or angry at the 'loss' of the robot. Some even held funerals. This showed just how attached people were becoming to technology.

The Robot, known as Jibo, eventually raised 3.7 million, with 2.3 million in sales for robot preorders. A year later, she had raised 35 million. In 2016, the robots started being shipped.

    I predict that in the future, phones will be able to unlock almost everything and everything, from your home front door to your car. I also think there will eventually be a 'child safety' feature where you can lock your child's door. Or, you can monitor your baby's sleep via sensors in the matress.
