    My Adoptive Father: Glen Charles

    My adoptive father Glen Charles is a funny and protective father. He is overall very outgoing and goes with the flow type of person there is never a boring moment when he is around. Also, he is also a very protective person over his children and his family, he has always taught his children to speak their minds as well as, stand up in what they believe in. I personally believe that I get my strong-minded nature and humor from him.

    My Adoptive Mother: Brandy Harrison

    My adoptive mother Brandy Harrison is a kind and unique woman. I have known her ever since I can remember while also, I still continue to make countless memories today. Brandy is a bright, beautiful, and ambitious woman. I am lucky to have her as a mother because of her nurturing and caring ways that have since wiped off on me as her daughter. I personally believe that I get my determined mindset and nature from her.

    My birth father Brian Harrison is of Irish descent, he is also a very artistic man that has many talents. He was an energetic humorful person that is quite optimistic as well as, great drawer, writer, and person. I believe I get my passion for drawing and art from him.

    I believe my birth mother Amy Howard is of Italian descent, from what I personally know. She is was a well-talented woman that was beautiful in her youth, a beautiful singer, smart, educated, and kind. I personally think that I get my passion for the singing from her.

    My sister Katie Willis is 1 year older than me, she was someone who I knew and spent a lot of time with before getting to be her younger sister. I am lucky to have her because of all that she has done for me like helping me with homework, listening to my problems, defending me, and so much more. At first, we did not get along at all only in recent years have my and my close sister have become even closer. No matter if I am adopted or not we will always be sisters.

    I was born on July 5, 2002, 9:16 pm at Nationwide children's hospital. My birth parents are Brian Harrison (Father) and Amy Howard (Mother).

    I want to believe that my future may hold a greater story than my past. I will admit that I have had a rough start to life but, from the hope and determination that other people have and had given me. I have no doubt in my mind that I will achieve whatever I want to.

    I did not crawl as an infant and went straight to walking, due to how chubby I was. I started walking around age 1 and I loved to walk because I would be able to get myself into more trouble and do more bad things.

    When I was around 5 years old I went to spend a weekend at my aunt and uncle's house but, due to my birth parents' issues of drug addiction, neglect, mental and physical problems. Since 5 years old I have stayed with my aunt and uncle and am now their adopted child. (My aunt and uncle on my father's side)

    I didn't have a first word, I would always just mumble and babble ages 1-4. My birth parents would speak baby talk to me making me unable to develop verbally. When I went with my adoptive parents I had my first words, "Sippy cup of Milk".

    My brother Aidan Harrison is also adopted and a little shy about the fact that he is, he was brought in at birth and adopted at a very young age. Aidan is a very spunky child in how mischievous and roughly he is but, overall he is a normal young boy by how he enjoys the internet and videogames. I will say in that way we are very similar and how we are both quite energetic.

    My sister Mia Harrison is my real sister. She is a very energetic character and quite artistic like our close family. Mia is living with my adoptive parents and me, after gaining custody in 2019.

    "The Ohio State University Office of Diversity and Inclusion Young Scholars Program (YSP) is a comprehensive pre-collegiate and collegiate program designed to enhance the academic, personal, and career development of its Scholars." (Odi.osu.edu, 2019)
    This is a college readiness program that scouted me in 8th grade. It helps me with my GPA, school involvement, and so much more! After I complete the program I am able to attend OSU with a "full-ride" but, not until the program is complete.

    Joined a Soccer Team

    In 8th grade, we were forced to put a sport that we might be interested in and I put down soccer because that was the only sport I might have wanted to do. Then in the summer before my freshman year of high school, I received a call at 7 am asking if I might be interested in condition & trying out for the team. I have no clue why I said yes. I did and ended up joining the team but, I didn't know how to play soccer so for most of the season I was bentched. (My number was #16)

    I got my first job at a retail store called "Micheal's", I was hired as a seasonal worker for the holiday season and ended up getting hired as a year-round worker

    I plan to graduate college with at least a 3.8 GPA, not the top of my class but with pretty good grades and some involvement with school activities. This will allow me to be able to get into great colleges.

    When I am a freshman in college I plan on becoming a manager at Micheal's. It is a nice flexible job that I will be able to hold while also, attending college.

    I plan to carry out my academic career and go to college at The Ohio State University, I am going to go through with my college readiness and scholarship by attending OSU for 4 years. My scholarship id called the "Young Scholars". I also, plan to major in criminal science and minor in greek mythology.

    I really od have my heart set on going back to college, I don't know what yet. I just know that is something that I am really interested in, I am also a person with many hobbies and interests. I might want to go back to college for a bigger degree in criminal investigation, go into a subfield, or choose another interest like law.

    The main career field that I want to go in is criminal investigating. I plan on having a staring career in this subject staring in my late 20s, I love this profession because of the high level of psychology, people skills, and high-level thinking that is required.

    My dream house is a home that has other people in it, I don't have a type of ideal house. Like a big, small, expensive, or inexpensive house just one that has the people I live inside it. Ideally my significant other.

    Getting married is something that I am thinking about not that I am obsessed with the fact. I like the idea though to be able to get a ceremony with my significant other. I do not want to have children but, if my other does I might be willing to change my mind.

    I want my legacy to be everything that it is, a person that has tried her best in life. Not only for the people around her but others. Also, with the many things that I have and want to achieve, I can also hope that those many things can leave a legacy and help thrive others to od the same things. Lastly, I want to lead a happy life. I know that there will be bumps in the road and problems along the way but, with that, it will only make life successes more promising and enjoyable!
