  • Chapter 1

    Chapter 1
    Pillow Thoughts is about the kind of emotions and thoughts that pop into your head during certain moments of your life. There are different chapters for each one for example, if you're in love, missing somebody, or are heartbroken. It helps when you can’t express your feelings, or have no idea what you are feeling.
  • Chapter 2

    Chapter 2
    The 1st chapter was about the feeling of missing somebody. When you keep thinking about something or someone constantly because you wanna see them again, that’s missing them. This chapter helps when you're not sure if you miss somebody or you wanna know how to express it through reading. There are many different ways, but reading the 1st chapter is one of them. It all explains the way people feel when they miss somebody.
  • Chapter 3

    Chapter 3
    After chapter 1, we have the 2nd chapter which talks about the different ways of expressing, handling, and feelings of love. The kind of things you would think about and wanna do with you s/o, all you want is to be around them the majority of the time because they make you happy beyond words. There are many ways to show love, this chapter only shows just a few examples of how it is for other people in similar situations.

    Chapter 4
    Continuing the book pillow thoughts, we have chapter 3 which describes, explains, puts you in the position of somebody heartbroken. The chapters set examples of what you would feel and think when being heartbroken. As Well as what you would do or say, but sometimes when your heart is broken you just sit there in pain and think.

    Chapter 4 (pt 2)
    As I have said before, each chapter is for a different feeling. The reason we have heartbroken is because a lot of people like to hide that emotion and push it all down so that nobody worries about them, or they don’t know how to express it. Reading something like this, helps other people around you but mostly yourself. So that you can open up, talk it out, release all that emotion built up inside. This chapter is one that can really help people around the world.

    Chapter 5
    Moving on to the 4th chapter of the book we have the chapter about if you are lonely. The feelings of being the only person in a crowded space, having nobody there or feeling left out. Nobody in this world is lonely, people are always there anyways for you even when you think they aren’t
  • Chapter 6

    Chapter 6
    Now here we are in the 5th chapter. About one of the emotions every normal human being feels, sadness. Mostly we express it bye crying, frowning, or looking down. But the chapter goes more into mental health details, the way we think, speak, and act.
  • Chapter 6 (pt 2)

    Chapter 6 (pt 2)
    Sometimes the things we do can affect our personality and manners which we wouldn’t want therefore we have people to talk to. This chapter goes into lots of detail and mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and many more. It helps you talk to others about your problems instead of keeping it to yourself and pushing it all down.
  • Chapter 7

    Chapter 7
    Here we are in the 6th chapter, which is about if you are missing somebody. While dreaming and missing might be a bit similar the feeling is totally different. When you’ve lost somebody and you pray that one day they’ll come back to you, all you can do is hope. It describes how it feels to need somebody so badly you’d do anything for them back in your life.

    Chapter 7 (pt 2)
    It’ll be hard but soon enough you’ll get over them and move on, or maybe they will come back but only time will tell. It really helps get over them, or to have hope on if you should wait for them to come back. Missing somebody can hurt a lot, but it’s also a good thing meaning you care about this person a lot more than you though.

    Chapter 8
    Next up is the 7th chapter of the book pillow thoughts. The title is, if you need encouragement, the encouragement to keep going, work hard, move on, or let go. There are so many things it could encourage you to do, including being a better person.
  • Chapter 9

    Chapter 9
    And now we’re here at chapter 8, soul searching. Where we learn what soul searching is and why we feel it. The kind of things we do when we are soul searching, the different kinds of situations we may be soul searching it. And of course how we deal with this kind of emotion when we aren’t strong enough to open up to people, that’s the whole point of this chapter and the others. To express emotions when we can’t open up.
