    Fitness is not of the fundemental building blocks of teen healt (Textbook 2). Fitness helps people feel more positive, and surrounding yourself with fit people helps improve your health decisions.
  • Nutrition

    Having proper nutrition helps people have more energy (textbook 2). Proper nutrition helps energy levels, so at the same time, helps you have a better mood because you are t so tires all of the time.
  • Screen Time

    Lowering the amount of time that you are in front of a screen can have huge benifits to you health (textbook 2). People can begi to have a feeling that their screens are necessary to their life, so it can negatively affect their health.
  • Communication

    Keeping lines of communication open with parents and trusted adults can help you health greatly (textbook 3). Being able to communicate effectively is a life skill that everyone must have in order to be successful.
  • Me and Communication

    One of my friends was going through a really tough time at home. His mental health was sort of deteriating because he had very few outlets to speak to. When I noticed this, I reached out to him and we started talking. He eventually started doing better because of his new ability to communicate with someone.
