    Honda CR-V since I'm probably not going to have an active family and wont need some of the features the outback has
    E: Evaluate the purchase
    The CR-V should last a long time if well taken care of, it could possibly be passed onto the kid after they turn 16.
    The cost doesn't break the bank and it's safe enough to protect against any tragedy that might happen
