The Tariff of 1832 was crated by Andrew Jackson to reduce the exsiting tarrifs. It was supposed to reslove conflict created by the 1828 tariff that was named the Tairff of Abominations. It failed to slove the conflict with sptherners leading to the nulification crisis. -
