Polk County's BPA chapter was founded in 1973 by Betty Jean Green.

Polk County's BPA competed in their first BPA regional conference.

Attended First National Conference

Jun 19, 1984

Polk County attended its first national conference.

Vera Green Takes Chapter

Aug 22, 1994

Vera Green takes over Polk County's BPA chapter.

First FBLA Chapter

Aug 7, 2002

Dewey Esquinance founded the first FBLA chapter at Polk County.

PCHS BPA and FBLA Chapters Merge

Jun 22, 2007

Polk County's FBLA and BPA merged into one group in 2007.

Leann Thomason and Ryan Goodman Join

In 2007, two more advisers took a role in Polk County's growing FBLA chapter, Leann Thomason and Ryan Goodman.
