    Daddy was born January 15, 1911 to the late Will Bolden and Mary Vivian Searcy.
  • Jeff Loved Baseball, favorite team Atlanta Braves

    As a youth, Jeff was widely regarded as an exceptional baseball player and enjoyed the position of Catcher in many community games. He would continue his love of the game by becoming
    a lifelong fan of baseball and an avid fan of his favorite team, the Atlanta Braves.
  • Jefferson professed his hope in Christ Jesus

    At an early age, Jeff’s parents exposed him to the Word of God and he accepted Jesus Christ as his Personal Savior. In
    1926 he joined the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Rondo, Arkansas where he was active in Sunday Schooland other Church Ministries and was ordained as a Deacon in the early 1950s. Jefferson continued to serve the Lord in the Church setting and outside the Church setting. He visited the sick at home and in the nursing home. He was a caring man full of conviction.

    My loving wife Peoria passed on at home with Baby Girl Glenda, Winifred, and Von by her side. The Angels came and ushered her into Heavenly Peace with the Lord. I missed her so much.
