The annexation of Sudetenland took place on March 16, 1939, and was when Germany took over Sudetenland in purpose of just taking land that they thought they deserved. They gave them the territory because the people that had control over this did not want another war and did not want to have a conflict with Germany so they just gave them the land so they could calm down.
