    The mind of David Hume was very unique, He was able to deduce that we as humans are more influenced by our personal feelings than logical thought. He felt that if we all understood this about ourselves, we could easily as a species rise above it and live a more peaceful lifestyle. This being one of his boldest claims, it no doubt didn't take very well with the public and what he thought would be his best work turned out to be a flop....     Middle of year 1742 he finished his second volume of Essays. Within these essays, he encompassed, everything from politics becoming a science, to religion being just short of a hoax.
