Assassination of JFK

Oil tanker Exxon Valdez runs aground in Prince William Sound. The spilling duped more than 10 million gallons of oil. This is the largest oil spill in U.S. history. -
The end of the Persian Gulf War
The U.S. lunched a military operation named code named “Desert Storm”. With the help of the UN, the U.S. demand Iraqis out of Kuwait. Iraq accepts marking an end of the war. -
The End of the Cold War
With the fall of the U.S.S.R., U.S. and Russian relations are farther restored. President Bush and Russian president Boris Yeltsin meet at Camp David to discuss their future. They declared the end of the cold war.
