Britian told Americans about how they would continue impressment of our sailors.To add to America's problems Native Americans located in the northwest regen began to attack on frontier settlement. By June Congress had desided they had enough and declared war on Britian. Britian was not in shape for a war though because they still had europe bitting at their neck's. Britian tried to avoid war so they refused to meet America's demand.
