    In 1911, Sun Yat Sen, the leader of the KMT, took down the Qing dynasty the last dynasty of China. Sun Yat Sen then tried to create a democracy in China, however, the communists then stepped in to create a communists state.

    In 1914, the Austrians declare war on the Sebians because a secret association called the Black Hand assasinated the Archduke Ferdinand and his wife. This created tensios in Europe and many nations would join in on the war.

    In 1917, the United States enters the war. After the Germans sink the Lusitania because of Unrestricted submarine warfare, the U.S. was became very angry. However when the Germans send the Zimmerman telegram which tells Mexico to take their land back, the U.S. is ready to join the war.

Because the armistice only last for a short period of time, the agreement kept being renewed because the Europeans no longer wanted to fight.

    In 1934, Mao Zedong goes off on the long march after the ifhgt with Nationalists in China. He heads for the caves in Northeast China and once he gained enough followers he headed back to fight the Nationalists and take over China.
