    Estates General consists of representatives that are split up into three "estates." These estates are, the clergy (first), and the nobility(second) - which they were considered as privileged - and the commoners(third) was most of the people in the event. The summoning of The Estates General took place in Versailles summoned by Louis XVI - this meant it was the start of The French Revolution. Louis XVI brought this event up to come up with solutions to the financial problems' of France.

    The National Assembly is formed by the Third Estate Representatives which represented 96% of the nation. Afterwards it was replaced by the Legislative Assembly, although it didn't last long because the name wasn't used until the National Assembly of 1871-75. This assembly ended the Franco-German War. Furthermore, National Assembly has been used to refer to any constituent assembly. This includes Constituent Assembly (Second Republic) and the Constituent Assembly (Fourth Republic).

    The Third Estate who was represented as commoners in Versailles France met at Jeu de Paume- which is an indoor tennis court. This was in opposition of King Louis XVI’s order. They took this court to agree on together to not separate until a new French constitution had been adopted. The one with the most representatives- which were the Third Estate, proclaimed itself and get hold of an oath to force a new constitution on King Louis XVI.

    In response of Louis legalizing the National Assembly under the Third Estate- Versailles was surrounded with troops resulting Parisians mobilized and on July 14, 1790- they stormed the Bastille; which is a state prison where most of the people believed ammunition was stored. After all of this took a dramatic action, this was the start of the French Revolution. During this time King Louis XVI was overthrown along with the execution of thousands of people including the king and his wife.

    The Constitutional Monarchy is the first ever written constitution of France. It is one of the goals of the National Assembly to write a constitution. One of the members in the committee was called on the 14th of July to take most of the constitution articles and draft it- many of the projects for reevaluating the French state were floated. This new constitution was accepted by Louis XVI. This put an end of many constitutions that were viewed as “injurious to liberty and equality of rights.”

    After the National Constituent Assembly for two years, along with the Legislative Assembly for one year- The National Convention was the Parliament of the French Revolution. In addition, the New National Convention was the first republic which the French government organized, abandoning the monarchy altogether. The Convention was introduced when the Legislative Assembly ordered the suspension of King Louis XVI- It was the first assembly elected by a suffrage without distinctions for three years.

    King Louis XVI is executed from this day forward, after being convicted along with foreign powers by the French National Convention- Not only that but he was sentenced to death. He walked to the guillotine and was executed there. This happened after the conviction in January. This happened because of the evidence of his counterrevolutionary intrigues together with Austria and other foreign nations that was revealed. Nine months later, his wife followed- she was convicted and went to guillotine.

    The Reign of Terror was a period in the French Revolution. This began when Robespierre a radical democrat and key figure in the French Revolution of 1789 declares the Terror- which meant "the order of the day." On this this forward, it was marked as the start of almost two years of putting and end on enemies of the French Revolution. this was a period of violence between the two rivals, the Girondins and the Jacobins- which marked by executions of "the enemies of the revolution."

    The Reign of Terror ended on 27th of July in the year 1794. It ended when Robespierre was removed from power and executed. A huge effect happened after the Reign of Terror began- Thousands and thousands of people were officially executed in France- this includes more than two thousand in Paris. A lot more died either in prison or were beaten to death in the streets. Furthermore, when everything became worse and went downhill, this was a sign that it is the fall of Robespierre and the Jacobins.
