    One of the causes of the French Revolution is debt. The King and the Queen had spent way to much money on things that weren't at all necessary. Such as throwing loads of parties and spending half of their wealth on clothes.. And it didn't help either that King Louis ate half of his body weight in one sitting. -Notes and my sarcasm
