after people of the 3rd estate started to think "hey,this guy has no clue what he's doing" they decided there going to have their own meetings to solve their problems,this meeting was called the national assembly,the king learned of this and did not like it so he locked up the building they used. -
they overall moved to a inside tennis court just across from that locked building and they took an oath called the tennis court oath,in this oath they said they were the only group that the nation, and they vowed to stay put until they had created a constitution that set out equal rights for all men.Then a few days later the parisians got inspired from that and stormed the bastille.

this year was when we transferred between absolute monarchy(the king and queen are the most powerful people) to a constitutional monarchy(the king and queen are losing power and the constitutions powers rised)

after sans culottes took control everybody who thought of the old way being slightly better or even slightly helped it be better were beheaded on the guillotine.Everybody lived in fear after this for a long time,even if you complained about the prices of food you would get beheaded,this caused hundreds and thousands of people to die from being expected of doing something. -
after almost a year of this,the death dialed back and the system got less strict after majority of the people were dead that liked the old way and people who knew about it were fine,the fear got less and people went back to living their lives with less fear
