The Estates General which was the French Assembly made of all 3 Estates was called to deal with Frances debt problem -Each Estate made Cahier's which were its grievances against the government -1st and 2nd Estates would band together to outvote the 3rd Estate by 2 to 1 -
The Disagreement
-3rd Estate was not only looked to fix finances but for reform -3rd Estate wanted voting done by head which would give them the greatest number of votes
