    Transformation to Prison

    The Bastille was transformed to a prison in the early 1400s

  • The Royal Marriage

    Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette gets married in 1770. This would end up being the cause of this whole timeline.

  • The Militia Forms

    The French people formed a militia and marched towards the front of the great hall.

  • Moving the Troops

    In 1789, the King moved his troops towards Paris

  • The Destruction of the Bastille

    On July 14, 1789 the Bastille, a political prison was attacked by a crowd mainly consisting of extreme revolutionaries of lower classes.

  • The Carnage Begins

    The militia searched for weapons and destroyed buildings on the way.
