All of Genghis Khan uncles, cousins and other clan chieftains turned against him, and war was past tense. Temujin's forces were nearly defeated, but he recovered and was reinforced by tribes loyal to him. In 1203-1205, the Mongols under Temujin destroyed all the remaining rival tribes and brought them under his terms. In 1206, Temujin was crowned as the Khaghan of the Yekhe Mongol Ulus.

    The Black Death Lasted from 1347 to 1350. The name The Black Death is given to a disease called the bubonic plague. The Black Death was caused by fleas carried by rats that were very common in towns and cities. The fleas bit into their victims like a mosquito injecting them with the disease. The disease killed about 1.5 million out of 4 million. During this time period their really wasnt alot of medication or medicine period. The Black Death had a huge impact on society.

    Clovis became chief of his tribe in 481, when he was around the age of sixteen. In 486, Clovis began his campaign to expand his rule by taking out the small quality of Roman control in Gaul. He violently sent the army of the Roman general Syagrius near the city of Soissons. Having occupied Soissons, he now had solid control of N. Gaul, and now could declare himself king of the Franks. But in order to remain king, he would have to fight off the other tribes who bordered his territory.
