we were given segments of a clip that showed a boy and a tramp in a cafe. The segments of clips that we were given were placed in thw wrong order and we had to rearrange the clips. we learnt how to use the basics in final cut pro such us cutting and sticking the clips next to eachother in order for them to make sense. -
film swede
we chose a film and then we had to take the best parts of the film and edit them together. we had to film the shots ourselves and make sure that we got the angels right so that when we edited the clips together. we then had to edit the clips using the basic's on final cut pro. -
shot by shot remake
we had to pick a film and record the opening for it, copying each shot and angel as we went along. we had to make a storyboard. we chose the film 'juno'. we used the green screen and went out and took a succession of shots and then edited them together in final cut pro so that the green screen consisited of the shots that we had taken on a still camera. -

i learnt more about filters and how to brighten the shots. i learnt how to match cut and how to cut clips more precisley. the lip sync tutorial came in handy aswell because we had to lip sync precisely. -
ancillary
i used photoshop and i learnt how to add shadows. i already knew how to use photoshop beforehand as i do photography so i was used to magic wand and i was used to cutting out images and layering them up, i also knew how to edit text into the image and change the opacity of the image
