we created a proposal and we surveyed all four grades on where should it be and what theme should we use. Gym location and hollywood theme won so we started researching from there on.

We didn’t really discuss anything important besides our budget because everyone wanted to talk over each other.

Had a money/card problem and couldn’t order anything.

I went out and brought plates, napkins tablecloths and centerpieces.

The day I ordered all the decorations.

The day the sashes arrived and I picked the tickets up.

Picked up the helium tank and some balloons, made and hung up flyers.

Some decorations came in from amazon.

We went over setup and clean up.

Had everyone come downstairs to the cafe to take photos of the contestants so that everyone knows who their voting for the day of coronation.
