This meeting happend because of the financial crisis. This was a huge problem that needed to be fixed because the king spent the money on himself instead of the goverment and the country. This really made him think that he needed a way to get money out of the people so he could pay other things. The meeting was up people getting taxed -
the end of the old regime
If the Fall of the Bastille on July 14, 1789, marks the symbolic beginning of the French Revolution, then August 4 is the day the Old Regime ended, for it was on that day that the National Assembly decide that it was time that things ended and that really shows how they thought that it was a bad idea. -
the spread of the revoution
The revolution was something that the country did nt want to do but some people thought that it had to be done. They thought this because they thought the government was taking over and they needed them to stop it but then the people decide that more people should know what was happening and that is what they did. -
financial crisis
The crisis that happend was they used a system where they taxed people unfairly and when they did that people started getting angry and they did pay taxes and got sent to jail. But then people started going out and saying the tax is unfair and thy need to change the ways or they wont pay and the government wouldn't make any money -

Its deputies had drafted a constitution they believed reflected the aims of the revolution. Feudalism, noble titles and the Ancien Régime’s other institutional inequalities had been abolished. -

The short-lived French Constitution of 1791 was the first written constitution in France, created after the collapse of the absolute monarchy of the Ancien Régime. this happens because the monarchy really wasn't a good choice for their style. Also the people did not like it either. -
the end of the french monarchy
The french decide that after many wars and loss of much money they decide that they needed a change and that change would be a very big change. They decide that the monarchy was not working well with its people so they deiced that they needed to get rid of it. When that happens the whole government changed for the better and the country got stronger together. this was a change that made them better as a country.
