We are overwhelmed, but Customer Support encourages us to stay in the neighborhood and 200 people show up on our last day to say Farewell.

The city process begins, our first meeting with planning, we explain our shop, and the location, and they are familiar with this building as a former nuisance property and they give us CCR-1.We follow the city's instructions and try to do this ourselves, and start the paperwork.... Realizing the complaints, we work with the city and hire outside help with the paperwork and drawings that it takes to amend the zoning to SU-1, in order to achieve a resolution with our neighbors.

We own our own shop, something we've always dreamed about! Not to be at the mercy of a landlord, and to stay in the neighborhood we love! Our friend and neighbor, Gary Bernier, suggests this property and is helpful in helping us purchase it. We are unbelievably happy and excited for the future!
