    King Loui XVI ordered commoners to disband but that didn’t stop a group of them from forming outside a Tennis Court and making an oath. The Tennis Court Oath to be precise. It was an oath that they stick together until a new more fair constitution came. And when they did disperse they would come back together when it was needed.

    Storming the Bastile

    The French Revolution was steadily approaching and the Military Governor Bernard-René Jordan de Launay, feared the worst, and he was right. On July 14 his fortress was attacked by revolutionaries. Even though Launay surrendered and was taken to be judged by the revolutionary council he was killed by a mob before they could.

    The French Revolution took a dark turn for the worst when radical revolutionaries took control and decided to execute anyone they thought to be un loyal to the Revolution. Many radical revolutionaries were in a panic fueled by the need to keep the Revolution going at any cost.
