    Martin Luther Starts His Rebellion
    Martin Luther, a man with honor and a love for the church. On October 31 Luther nails one of the copies of the 95 theses on the Wittenberg castle church door. The 95 theses state how corrupted the church is and how he feels what they should do. The Catholic Church strongly believes that these is an act of rebellion against the church and all they stand for so he should have to answer for this act of treason against the church.

    Henry VIII broke away from the Catholic Church in Rome and closed the monasteries. To help him in his struggle with the Catholic Church, Henry needed help from Protestants. He split away from Rome because he wanted to divorce Catherine of Aragon and marry Anne Boleyn.
