Throughout the Spring semester before recruitment, ERC conducts workshops to get the new girls into the recruitment routine. The first one is just for new sisters going through recruitment fron this side for the first time.

This time the workshop was conducted for the entire chapter so that the older sisters could help out the new ones with any questions they coukd have.

This is our third and final workshop of the semester. The next time that the chapter will be meeting in regards to recruitment will be right before fall semester, two weeks before recruitment begins.

Once Spring Semester ends, ERC gets hard at work with biweekly meetings to prepare everything for recruitment week.

Toward the end of our summer break we've been meeting once every week to go over updates on each night and the videos. These meetings usually begin around 7 and end around midnight.

Each sorority is askedby Panhellenic to bring six representatives to an event where pnms are invited to get a feel of what recruitment will be like. Each pre-recruitment event is themed diferently in order to highlight a different aspect of sorority life. The first one is focused on being involved on campus.

Work Weekend is a four day long recruitment workshop for the entire chapter intended to perfect everything for recruitment. This weekend we'll be practicing how we're going to be walking in with the pnms, the songs we'll be singing when we they enter and leave each party, and how to converse with these girls. We'll also be going over how we score the girls each night. Day one will be focused primarily on Sorority 101 night.

Both sororoty girl's and pnm's parents are allowed at this event in order for the girl's parents to have a better understanding of what they're getting themselves into financially.
