    I will mail coupons to my customers because they will be very attracted to our deal. It will include a free sandwich with a purchase of a coffee. The sandwhich will be our new and improved recipe.

    I will have a punch card that gives the customer one free sandwhich after purchasing five. This will improve our image because it will show the customers that we are trying to fix our mistakes.

  • Incentives

    I will have a sweepstake where after the purchase of a sandwich, the customer will get their name put in a jar. At the end of the day, we will pick one person who receives a $10 gift card. This will increase our business.

  • Traffic Builders

    I will give a free sandwich to every 20 customers. This will improve business because the customers have a pretty good chance of getting a sandwich. They know this is a good deal, so they are likely to come to my shop.

  • Product Samples

    We will be handing out 3 by 3 inch snadwhiches outside of our shop. After people taste our delicious sandwhiches, they will want to come and purchase one.
