    -This promotional strategy will keep customers coming back, and they people who keep coming back will tell their friends that our restaurant is good and that we offer good deals.

    Incentives (Contest/Sweepstakes)
    -Our contest that we will host will be at our restaurant. We will give people one day to try to memorize as many items on our menu as possible. We will give people 5 minutes to write down as many items as they can remember and the top 3 with the most and accurate answers will receive 5 free items.
    -This promotion strategy will improve the image of the restaurant because it will draw people into our restaurant and people will know more about our restaurant after memorizing our menu.

    -Our traffic builder will be cards that people can have and every time they buy something from our restaurant, they will get a punch in the card. After 10 punches, they will receive a free item of their choice on our menu.
    -This form of promotional strategy was selected because it is a popular thing that people who buy coffee everyday, or even once in awhile, will use because if they are going to get it anyway, they might as well get a free coffee or something else they have everyday.

    -This will improve the image of the restaurant because it will show that we want customers coming back and that we are willing to reward those who come to our restaurant often.

    -Our product sample will be a free sample of a new drink we introduce and a new baked good that we will introduce. We will have these items at the front door of our restaurant so people can try them as they walk around our restaurant and others near ours.

    -I selected this promotional strategy to show people that we are trying hard to keep our business going by introducing new things to our menu.
