Tonetta Lake was were my family and I spent our summers. Each morning in the summer we packed our beach bag with towels, filled our snack bag up with treats, and applied sunblock, before dedicating our whole day to tanning and playing at the beach. We had great relationships with all the other kids we would play with and we loved all of the lifeguards.

My sisters and I loved swimming more than anything. We went to our local lake growing up every single day. We finally took a beach trip to jones beach and had the most amazing time ever. Our dad had just bought us boogie boards and we were so excited to play in the water and be tussled around by the waves. After a long day of fun in sun, we ended the trip by getting ice cream, like we always do.

I have always loved fish and been interested in them. When I was seven my parents took my three sisters and I to mystic aquarium. We had a blast looking at all the animals. I remember this trip took a turn for the worse when a bird pooped in my hair, we had to leave shortly after that. I was so embarrassed and upset.

Going to Rye Playland with my grandparents and cousins was a tradition, we went every year for as long as I could remember. We loved the fear of going on scary rides, the build up waiting on the lines, and the ice cream and cotton candy we would enjoy before departure. There was one ride I was too scared to go on. The Dragon Coaster. I would wait on the line till my turn was up then run off right before. Rye Playland with my grandma and cousins was something I looked forward to all year.

After months of pleading and begging, a million powerpoints, and many nights crying asking for a dog, we finally got our first dog. We drove over to Valhalla a few times to met her before we decided on getting her. We welcomed Mitzie into our home in 2013 and it was one of the best days of my life, my greatest success for sure.

Yankee Games were always something my dad looked forward to taking my sisters and I to in the summer. We loved everything about them. We would wake up early in the morning stop at the deli and load up on whatever snacks we wanted. Then we would hop on the train to Yankee stadium and enjoy an amazing day with each other. I loved how much my dad loved baseball.

My family and I took a trip to visit my Grandma who lives in Wyoming. Getting there was brutal, we drove through hours of nothingness. No service, no stores in sight, but thankfully we had lots of card games, to keep us sane. The car ride was certainly a struggle. Crossing paths with elk, bison, and grizzly bears made it all worth it. Arriving at my grandma's house was so surreal. My grandma prepared a beautiful meal for us. We spent the whole night in awe of how beautiful her view was.

In 2019 my dad's side of the family and I took a trip to visit my grandmother who lives in Wyoming. We stopped at YellowStone on the way. That trip was amazing I saw so many different animals, camped for the first time, and enjoyed an amazing week with my family. I didn't expect to see so many different beautiful things. I remember being so surprised about the beauty of the things around me, I didn't do any research prior so this trip was an amazing surprise and something I will never forget.

I went on an amazing girls trip to Jupiter Florida with my mom, my aunt, and my younger sister. We ran every morning, swam and tanned all day, and went out to eat at night. The trip was going great until it was time to leave. We woke up at 4:30 in the morning to leave and get on the plane. On the way to the airport my aunt crashed the rental car into a median in the middle of the road and popped the tires making us unable to drive on them. A taxi came to our rescue after panic and worry.

My two best friends and I went to a three day music festival in the City. We went in not really knowing what to expect. In order to go we had to convince our parents to miss three days of school. After enough wearing down then finally said yes. So that was a great success. The festival was amazing and seeing our favorite artists up that close was unreal. We had an amazing time and made amazing memories. We became so sick after the festival, that felt like a failure, but it was all worth it.

Sushi is my favorite food in the world. I had the best sushi I ever had at this restaurant called Bambu in Connecticut. I love to try new foods and explore different flavors. I have had a lot of sushi over the years, this has been the most memorable. It was the perfect balance of fish and rice and it tasted so fresh and delicious.
