Ghana
We decided to travel to Ghana, specifically to the capital, Accra. -
Tickets!
Cach of us had paid 527,15 € for the tickets to Accra, and we made a stop in Casablanca. The journey was 12 hours. -
Vaccines
Before we go to Ghana, we go to the doctor, and he advises us that we should vaccinate. -
Host family!
Sánchez Margot Family takes us for free in their house, and we take them a bottle of wine and typical spanish food. -
Jungle!
We went to Kakum National Park with the family and we crossed the amazing bridges. And we went for a walk in the jungle with a guide. They give us honey and cacao. -
Lake!
We went to the Bosumtwi Lake, and we spent the night in a bungalow near the lake. -
Beach!
The third activity was going to the increible beach, where we did surf. kneboard... -
Return to Accra.
When we returned to Accra, we stayed in Biriwa Beach Hotel. It was confortable and the views were awesome. -
In Accra.
The days in the capital were very funny, we went to the cinema, restaurants.. we danced salsa, and African music, it was very cheap.
And the best activity was going out in Accra, we went to Plot7 , a disco. -
Food.
Food is good but it´s very spicy. The tipical food is Jollof rice, it´s contains rice, tomato, onion, peper and spices.
Water is sold in plastic bags for drink, and you could drink coco too. -
Culture.
Ghana have a unequal society, there are people who have a lot of money and other people haven´t got any.
Also, there are two type of people, Muslim and Christian. -
