Nursing Service initiated a project to support a Nursing Image branding excercise and to improve Nurses Inc.'s profile. The key problems they faced were (1) inconsistent delivery of nursing's mission and vision to junior nurses (2) low morale observed among nurses (3) not enough exposure to promote Nurses Inc - a union of sorts specific for Nurses only.
