Miami
Miami: We spent the night before we started the cruise in Miami and we got on the ship there the next day. -
First Day Aboard
This is the day we got on the ship. We spent the day exploring the ship and eventually went to dinner and some shows that night. Also that night they had a pub crawl around the ship to the main bars. -
Half Moon Cay
Half Moon Cay: The first island that we went to was Half Moon Cay. It is Carnival's Private Island. Here we went horseback riding, sailing and hung out on the beach and in the water. That night we after we had left we again had a family dinner and then went to the deck party where we spent the night dancing to Caribbean music. -
Day at Sea
This was our first of two days at sea. Today we sat out and soaked up some sun, went to our first formal dinner on the ship and went to some shows. -
St. Thomas
St. Thomas: On this day we went snorkeling on a barefoot catamaran, explored St. Thomas and did some shopping. Then when we all got back on the ship we took a nap because we had a lot of fun on St. Thomas. Again that night we went to dinner and some shows. They also had a Mardi Gras party that night that the entire family went to -
San Juan, Puerto Rico
San Juan: Today our excursion was a rainforest tour and a tour of San Cristobal Fortress. It took most of the day but when we were done we walked around the city and stopped at Senor Frogs and got lunch. That night we had dinner again and went to the second deck party where we danced to Spanish influenced music all night. -
Grand Turk
Grand Turk: Today our excursion was to dune buggy around the entire island. We went from one end of the island to the other. When we were done with that we hung out on the beach and in the water. When we finally got hungry we went to Margaritaville for lunch. Then we did some shopping and got back on the ship. -
Last Day at Sea
This was our last day at sea and our last day aboard the ship. We spent the day playing volleyball and putt putt, going to shows, and soaking up the last rays that we could. That night we went to our last formal dinner and some of the shows. -
Miami/Home
Home: This was the last morning on the ship. We had to be off the ship by 7 am. After they called our section to get off the ship we had to wait for our luggage and catch a bus to Ft. Lauderdale to catch our flight home.
